Catalog model customization
Use an established shape and closure; adjust permitted colors, branding and packs.
Build a coherent bottle range from an approved model, material, closure and branding specification — not from a catalog photo alone.

Most projects can start with an established XUYI plastic bottle model, then refine the capacity, body and lid colors, decoration and retail presentation. A new bottle silhouette or unusual drinking mechanism takes a different engineering and tooling route. We help B2B buyers define that route before a final quotation or production commitment.
Sports bottles, children's straw bottles, shaker cups and large water jugs have different lids, carrying loads and cleaning requirements. Choose a product family and exact model first; identify whether the project changes decoration only or the component geometry. A 600 mL bottle body cannot automatically accept a larger closure or straw simply because the threads look similar.
Body, lid, straw and gasket do not always share one polymer. Clarify intended water temperature, permitted cleaning conditions, transparency, finish and destination market. Conventional BPA-based PC should not be marketed as BPA-free without product-specific evidence. Resin grade, colorants and the final assembled product must be reviewed for any food-contact or BPA-free statement.

Many private-label projects use existing molded bodies with a selected solid color, compatible logo print and buyer-designed packaging. Gradients, translucent colors, multi-position graphics or different lid colors are possible only where compatible with the selected resin and manufacturing route. Custom color minimums may apply independently to lids and bodies.
Approve the actual bottle plus lid, straw or mixer insert, packing components and graphics together. Review assembled appearance, seal placement, repeated opening, surface scuffs, print placement and the information required for your sales market. Images alone are not acceptance samples. Record the approved artwork version and component specification for repeat production.

Include quantity by color, model numbers, logo positions, packaging choices, target delivery date and destination. Ask the factory to separate unit costs, decoration/tooling setup, sample cost, test requests and packing requirements. MOQ and lead time must be quoted for the final variant, not inferred from a general 'custom water bottle' claim.
Each stage has an approval point, so production does not rely on assumptions.
Choose the exact target model and submit reference pictures, brand and use requirements.
Review available tooling, cap compatibility, materials, print processes, MOQs and price assumptions.
Check physical samples, decoration, cap operation, appearance and any required tests.
Approve materials, artwork revision, pack, carton information and commercial terms.
Coordinate manufacturing, inspection and export handover against the approved specification.
Providing the correct details helps evaluate materials, prices, MOQ, samples and tooling without premature promises.

500 mL Sports BottleMODEL 2095Compact capacity for branded everyday collections; confirm current color and material options.
550 mL Gradient BottleMODEL 5299A visual reference for color-led retail ranges; sample the final graphic and lid together.
550 mL Catalog StyleMODEL 2501Use the existing body and cap as an initial reference before changing decoration.Often, provided the requested colors, logo and pack work with the selected stock design. A new bottle structure, embossed graphic or closure may require tooling.
No material name alone proves a whole assembled bottle is BPA-free. Tritan, PP and PETG are options to assess; request product-specific statements and applicable test evidence.
The sample should be approved against a controlled bill of materials, decoration file and pack specification. Changes require review before production.
Send the chosen model, variant details, quantity tiers, artwork, destination and packing requirement. Pricing and MOQ depend on these details.
Set the logo area, artwork version and actual substrate before choosing a print method.
