A mixed purchase order may be considered, but each model and color often has its own production or packing constraints. Provide a quantity-by-SKU matrix and ask how splitting colors affects MOQ, packing, lead time and price.

XUYI operates its own manufacturing facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang, and may coordinate selected partner facilities for certain models or processes. Confirm the manufacturing route and sample approval requirements for the SKU you wish to buy.

Stock status is not guaranteed for every model or color. Request confirmation of available capacity, cap style, color breakdown, stock quantity and dispatch date before committing to a promotion or sale.

Pricing reflects the body material and size, lid and seal components, decoration method, number of print colors, custom packaging, quantity, tooling if required and shipment terms. Compare quotations against exactly the same technical and packaging specifications.

Reusable bottles may use PP, PE, PC, PETG, PCTG or copolyesters such as Tritan depending on the product. The body, cap, straw, gasket and handle can use different materials. Confirm an actual SKU specification before treating any material name as a product claim.

Do not assume universal BPA-free status or food-contact compliance from a catalog photograph or polymer family. Request component-specific documentation, intended conditions of use and test scope matching the model and target destination.

These materials differ in transparency, processing and properties. For example, PP is used in many caps and reusable components, while copolyesters may be selected for transparent bodies. Suitability depends on grade, product construction, target temperature and regulatory evidence, not a generic ranking.

Only if the manufacturer provides model- and component-specific temperature/use guidance. Do not infer hot-water suitability from the material abbreviation alone; closures, seals and decoration may have different limits.

Pressure from carbonation changes the product requirements. Unless the exact bottle and closure are validated for pressure, do not present a standard water bottle as safe for carbonated beverages. Specify the intended drink and pressure requirements when sourcing.

Confirm usable fill volume, height, body diameter, mouth size, weight and lid configuration on the specific sample. Catalog units can be inconsistent, so a model's dimensions should be verified before printing packaging or product listings.

The XUYI plastic catalog includes examples of flip lids, straw designs, screw caps, carry handles and shaker-style closures. Compatibility varies by body/neck design, so options shown on different models are not necessarily interchangeable.

Gym buyers often prioritize one-hand operation and carrying comfort; school buyers consider age-appropriate parts and cleaning; promotions prioritize branding area and pack presentation. Compare real catalog models against the intended user and market.

Submit the catalog model, vector logo, approximate print size, colors, quantity and intended market. Decoration suitability depends on the actual plastic substrate, shape and print area; confirm artwork and physical sample before approving mass production.

Existing-model OEM usually means applying agreed branding or options to a current design. ODM may involve engineering a new body or lid, developing drawings, prototypes and molds. Clarify ownership, changes, approvals, cost and timeline in the contract.

Share Pantone or physical color references, including whether the body, cap, straw and handle require separate colors. Color matching is subject to the model material and order requirements and should be evaluated on real production-representative samples.

Options may include suitable screen printing, pad printing, transfer labels or other plastic-compatible decoration depending on the product. Laser engraving and metal powder-coating methods shown on stainless-steel drinkware must not be assumed suitable for plastic.

A rendering may help agree appearance, but does not prove function, leak resistance or final material characteristics. For new bottle designs, establish which prototype stage validates which requirement and obtain a suitable physical sample.

Compare body dimensions, nominal capacity, lid fit, gasket position, user operation, visual defects, decoration location and packing. Any leak or durability checks must use an agreed method appropriate to the model.

Record the discrepancy against the drawing or approved specification. Agree on design changes, revised cost, timeline and whether another prototype or test is needed before authorizing production.

A reference can help communicate functions and dimensions, but proprietary designs and trademarks should be respected. We can review original alternatives and feasibility without promising an exact copied product.

The XUYI project has its own factory-backed supply and access to group-reference manufacturing and packing experience. Product-specific molding routes, equipment ownership, capacity and the applicable production site should be confirmed for a selected model.

The manufacturing and quality pages contain authentic group reference imagery, identified by function. Those photos demonstrate the group's resources but are not a substitute for evidence that a given plastic SKU uses a particular machine or passed a test.

Useful checks include body appearance and dimensions, filling capacity, lid/closure function, agreed leakage conditions, seal placement, printed decoration and packaging. Agree tolerances, sample size and acceptance criteria before production.

Ask which current reports or declarations apply to the exact bottle and component materials and destination. FDA is a regulator, not a blanket product certificate; document validity and scope must be evaluated for the intended use.

No site-wide certification is verified. A document for one body material, lid or color may not cover another, and EU or U.S. requirements can differ. Obtain model-specific evidence before making compliance claims.

A buyer-appointed inspection can be discussed by purchase order. Inspection access, sampling method, laboratory work, correction procedure, cost and pre-shipment approval must be agreed with the responsible production facility.

Compare each run with approved samples and a revision-controlled specification; document component or tool changes, printing reference, packaging and inspection scope. Do not assume a repeat order is identical without reconfirmation.

A suitable package may include drawing revision, prototype approval, component materials, specified performance tests, artwork proof, inspection criteria and agreed manufacturing responsibility. Evidence should be directly attributable to the purchased SKU.

Options for discussion can include bulk protection, OPP or sleeve packaging, inner boxes, printed retail boxes, gift packs and marked master cartons. The selected SKU, order quantity and feasibility determine what can actually be offered.

Express may suit samples, air freight time-sensitive orders and sea freight larger carton volumes, but the right choice depends on dimensional weight, origin/destination handling, local fees and transit uncertainty.

These trade terms assign different obligations. Specify an Incoterm edition and named place in the RFQ; do not assume duties, destination clearance or final-mile delivery are included unless they are quoted and agreed.

An invoice, packing list, relevant transport documents and any destination-required declarations should be reconciled with the purchase order. The exact documentation depends on goods, origin, carrier and destination requirements.

Plastic jugs can occupy significant carton space relative to their mass. Freight may depend on volumetric/chargeable weight, carton dimensions and container utilization rather than bottle weight alone.

Possible changes depend on how far production has progressed. A new lid, artwork or color can require a revised quotation, sample, tool or schedule; confirm the change in writing before proceeding.
